Boeing B-29 Superfortress

Boeing B-29 Superfortress
The Boeing B-29 Superfortress bomber was the first bomber with pressurized crew compartments. The B-29 is the only aircraft to have dropped an atomic weapon in wartime. In August 1945 of WWII the Enola Gay and Bockscar were used to drop those atomic weapons. The above B-29 is on display at the Travis Air Museum part of the Jimmy Doolittle Air & Space Museum Foundation.
