Ohh, My! I just realized that your recent photos are from prison building!!! I’m shocked! Especially with this one – empty cells, dark & light mixture, silence!… Very impactful session! How did you manage to get inside with the camera esp when it was empty? Or this prison is no longer active?
P.S. sorry for this questions and my know-nothing about this place…
Yes Alcatraz is no longer a functioning prison and is now a national park. Still I was very lucky to capture this image on this day. There were hundreds of tourist there and I just lucked out on the timing.
